If you must fight, use the fury (one fury strike with a weapon will kill a footpad, thief, or Sarafan Guard regardless of damage inflicted).Ĭheckpoint (50% Complete) Take the time to slay all those on the street. You can also have Kain hide in the mist again if he is discovered and attempt to circle behind the assailant, but enemies die very quickly if Kain has a weapon. The key to achieving stealth kills is to be patient and to wait for the thief to be in position. If possible, go behind and kill the girl when she stands still, otherwise, a three-hit combo (from the back) will lay her dead. The second enemy will tread forward to investigate the corpse. Cloak Kain and stealth kill the first enemy. The next exercise is a stealth kill lesson. Trace the flowing Glyph to the switch by the Glyph wall (forcefield). This valve wheel leads to a second Glyph box switch that will allow passage onwards. That done, follow the Glyph back down stairs to the basement and turn the newly activated valve wheel. The small room has a lever that needs Kain's attention. Next, head up the stairs and explore the upper room when all are dead. The shortswords dropped by the Thieves, and the broadswords dropped Sarafan are excellent weapons for Kain - two successive three-hit combo with a bladed weapon will kill a Sarafan Guard or Thief girl, and any three-hit combo will kill a footpad.įollow the walkway that ramps downwards that leads to a glyph box with a lever that will lead onwards.
